“I just left the Brandon RD TLC and was having trouble getting my car started in the morning – shake and rattle. I thought it was my anti-freeze or that the radiator needed flushing but they checked everything and said in the frigid conditions we are experiencing everyone is having to let their cars warm up longer than normal. They said they did not see anything wrong. They could have taken advantage of me but did not and I would highly recommend their services and the technicians. This is not the first time they have been honest with me and this is why they will always have my business. We need more businesses like this one where you can trust the ethical people who work there”

“I wanted to drop you a note about the wonderful service I have received over the last three appointments. I just had my oil and transmission fluid changed at the location in Salem, and while I was there, I asked what price they could get me on 4 new tires. It was the best price I could find. Had them on my car two days later, and they did such a nice job, one of my employees went and got her tires changed, too. Larry, Dave and Zach are great to work with. They directed me to the location on Brandon to get my alignment checked, and Zach and his team had me out in less than 30 minutes. My car is running like new now. I am a Canadian and have travelled extensively for a number of years, approximately 40,000 miles a year. I consider myself a very good judge of good service and my experience Friday July 20 was absolutely a pleasure. Your staff were friendly and professional; in short, they left me with the impression that they like their work and enjoyed giving good service. In almost any service facility that I have been in, particul;arly in Canada, the customer was barred from the service bays with excuse that their insurance would not permit it. “I had been dealing with no air, heat or defrosters for 2 years. I had been quote 3 times 1500 – 200- for it to be fixed. I was on the verge buying a new car or investing the money. Being new to this area, I went to your place for an oil change and asked if they know of any mechanics in the area. Your employees took the time to look at the situation and found it was a matter of 2 wires that needed to be connected. I was in TOTAL SHOCK I just hugged your mechanic!! “I visited the TLC Center on Williamson Road, right before leaving for a trip b/c my low tire light was on – My tires were checked quickly and free of charge. The next time I stopped by, same thing, but I need washer fluid. The gentleman couldn’t have been any more pleasant. When it was time to leave, I was told there would be no charge. When I offered to pay, the gentleman said, there wasn’t a charge, but he hoped I would come back when I needed an oil change. Because both of my visits were so pleasant, I did return when it was time for an oil change. I was again greeted by a very pleasant young man, who took the time to go over all the options; he wasn’t the least bit pushy. I chose the option with the car wash, but didn’t have time so he explained that I would receive a token for a car wash in the future, which I did. I was in and out faster than I’ve ever experienced with an oil change ever. I’ve been to the TLC store three times, each visit was pleasant with three different gentleman greeting me at the care. 3 for 3 – Great service – I will return.”

“I visited The Lube Center in Roanoke on Electric Road for an oil change, a couple Saturday’s ago. I had one of the best experiences with getting an oil change. All of the people working were very friendly. They also did not try and shove additional work down my throat. They ran a report based on my car and it’s age, and gave me a report with the suggested maintenance, per the manufacturer of my car. They listed the prices and told me to go ahead and compare with other places. I thought that was great. They also mentioned an item that would be covered by the warranty, and told me to call the dealership about it. As I mentioned above, I had a great experience at this location.”

“Travelling on I-81 the car began to surge and it was known that something was wrong. Exited and noticed it was leaking transmission fluid. Pulled into the TLC location on Williamson Rd & was immediately given professional & immediate service. Sadly no names were given but from the invoice DG & MC initials are listed. These two gentlement immediately discovered the issue as being a leak in the lines going to the trans cooler. DG stated that they would be able to have it repaired by the next day but it was then made known to them that we were travelling home & had to be there that day. Working together DG & MC were able to, within a 1/2 hour, have a temporary repair made that allowed us to get back on the road. We arrived home, in Northern Virginia, without any additional problems and for this we are extremely greatful. We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to these two gentlemen and the excellent service they were able to provide to us. They are a true asset to TLC and luckily for us we were fortunate to pull into the right location for their great service. Our sincerest thanks to the staff of this location for their excellent service.”
